About this event

Welcome to our first TheKindKult event, Regulated AF.

This experience is all about coming home to your body, calming the chaos of day-to-day living, and creating space for grounding, intentional presence. This is a signature event we will be hosting at TKK, and something we are very proud and excited to share as our launch event.

Your nervous system is your body’s command center. It influences how you respond to stress, connect with others, and move through the world. When dysregulated, you can feel easily overwhelmed, anxious, reactive, and find it difficult to recharge. You’re tired but wired. Regulating your nervous system doesn’t take away life’s curveballs, it helps your response to them. You’re better able to rest, focus, digest, and build meaningful connections. Life still happens but you meet it with more ease.

This event includes a 90-minute guided journey designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and ground into your heart. You’ll move through intention setting, gentle breathwork, restorative yoga, and finish off in a healing sound bath—all curated to leave you feeling lighter, clearer and Regulated AF.

Like everything we plan to do with TKK, this isn’t just about personal healing—it’s about collective care. That’s why 25% of profits will be donated to the Red Door Family Shelter, a Toronto-based organization supporting women, children, and families facing homelessness and hardships. Your healing becomes part of a ripple effect that extends far beyond you.

To celebrate our very first event, we’re kicking things off with a pre-class reception: think good vibes, healthy snacks, kombucha, and a warm cup of tea.

Schedule:

5:00-5:30PM: Reception

5:30-7:00PM: Guided Portion

What to bring:

We’ve got the mats covered! Just bring a water bottle and a journal, and if it feels good to you, a cozy blanket or anything that supports your practice. Most importantly, come as you are. Your authentic self is always welcome and encouraged.

We hope to see you there and welcome to TheKindKult!
