About Us

Kindness in Action

Born through the belief that caring for yourself is the first step towards caring for others. At TheKindKult, we turn that belief into impact – creating space for personal growth that directly supports collective well-being.

OUR WHY

We’re Here to Create Ripples—Not Just Results

What if your self-care could also be community care?

In a culture that often centers wellness around the individual, we wanted to build something bigger. A space where breathwork becomes activism, where meditation leads to movement, and where gathering in stillness sparks change. We believe in radical kindness—to yourself, to others, and to the planet.

WHO WE ARE

Our Mission

TheKindKult is built on one simple belief: kindness creates change.

We create intentional wellness experiences—from yoga and breath work to creative workshops and community gatherings—that help people reconnect with themselves while giving back to others. Each event is thoughtfully designed to nurture personal well being while supporting the well being of a community or cause in need. Blending movement, mindfulness, and connection in safe, inclusive spaces.

25% of all profits are donated to organizations that create real impact. Spreading support across a variety of different causes including mental health, women and children’s support, environmental advocacy, food security, underserved communities, and many more.

At TheKindKult, we believe that when we are kind to ourselves, we create the capacity to extend that kindness outward. Every breath, every movement, every gathering becomes part of a ripple effect, spreading healing, compassion, change, and love.

“I started TheKindKult not just to host events, but to hold space. A space where people could reconnect – with themselves, each other, and the world. I wanted to build something meaningful, mindful and mission-driven. This is that vision.”

Who We Serve

For the Mindful. The Curious. The Purpose-Driven.

TheKindKult is for wellness seekers who want more than a good stretch or a quiet mind. It’s for those who crave meaning in their movement, and who believe in intentional living with impact. Whether you are new to wellness or deep into your journey, our container is a judgment free zone that takes pride in its inclusive, safe spaces. Come solo or bring a friend. Just come as you are.

What We Believe

Our Core Values

Kindness as a Catalyst
We believe kindness is not a passive act, it’s a powerful force for change. It begins within and ripples outward, transforming individuals, communities, and the world around us.

Compassionate Leadership

We lead with empathy, softness, and integrity. True strength lies in our ability to show up with heart, listen deeply, and create spaces where others feel safe and seen.

Intentionality in Every Experience

Every event is thoughtfully curated with purpose. Whether it’s a yoga class, guided meditation, or creative workshop, our events are designed to support deep connection, to both self and others.

Collective Care

Self care and community care are deeply intertwined. That’s why 25% of every event’s profits go directly to causes that need it most, turning individual healing into collective impact.

Inclusivity & Accessibility

We are committed to creating welcoming, inclusive spaces where everyone feels they belong. We honour diversity of background, experience, and identity. Ensuring TheKindKult container feels safe is extremely important to our cause.

Presence Over Perfection

We value being real over being polished. Wellness isn’t about performing, it’s about slowing down, being present, and showing up exactly as you are. Your authentic self is not only welcome, it’s encouraged.

Rooted in Purpose, Grown with Love

This work is more than a brand, it’s a movement of intention, love, and care. Everything we do is rooted in your story, your growth, and the vision of a softer, stronger world. Being kind to yourself allows the space to be kind to others.

Transparency and Honesty

We believe that trust is built through truth, and that conscious change starts with clear intentions and shared accountability. That’s why we are open and honest about our impact, where donations go, and how we operate, so you know how your participation makes a difference.
